Cell Phone Blockers!

A new technology has come to the United States, it is called cell phone blockers. This is used to cut off people mid conversaton while taking on their cell phone. I think that it is both a good thing and a bad thing. There is a time and place for that to take place . If someone is having an emergemcy and you need to get to a certain place and you get cut off mid way in the converstaion while the person is telling you where they are located then that could cause a very serious result. But it is a good thing on the other hand becasue if you are out to dinner you dont want to hear people talking on the phone about the latest news in their life. It is very rude and annoying. You are out trying to enjoy a peacful dinner and you dont wanna hear about other peoples life.
